The School has been training future managers who contribute to our society\u2019s growth and prosperity, since 1907.<\/p><p><b>Objective<\/b><\/p><p>In order to publish their research in the best scientific journals, Professor Vandenberghe, holder of the Chair in the Management of Employee Commitment and Performance, and his team wanted to acquire an innovative data collection tool for the advancement of the research in management.<\/p><p>The challenge was daunting: developing a <strong>panel<\/strong> in about 100 companies and organizations in order to carry out longitudinal studies and follow the evolution of the results of more than 10,000 respondents in different jobs.<\/p><p>At the end of a call for bids towards a partnership of at least 3 years,<em><strong> Fino<\/strong><\/em> distinguished herself as the only organization capable of carrying out the complex implementation of this <strong>unique panel<\/strong>.<\/p><p><b>Fino&#8217;s responsibilities<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Develop the panel&#8217;s <strong>IT infrastructure<\/strong> according to the strict standards of <strong>scientific research<\/strong><\/li><li>Support <em>HEC Montr\u00e9al<\/em> in the <strong>panelist recruitment<\/strong> strategy<\/li><li>Train a team of agents dedicated to phone recruitment<\/li><li>Fully document the procedure guides for the different tools developed for the management of the Panel<\/li><li>Accompany <em>HEC<\/em> in <strong>promoting<\/strong> the Panel to Canadian organizations<\/li><li>Develop various <strong>communication tools<\/strong> to enable <em>HEC Montr\u00e9al<\/em> to make the Panel known to its target audience<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Result<\/strong><\/p><p>The <strong>Global Experience Panel<\/strong> has been in place since 2019 and recruitment is on track to exceed expectations.
