History

Rewind back to the early 2000s…

Fino is an entrepreneurial odyssey that began in the early 2000s by Alexandre Meunier and Christian Dupuis, two partners with complementary strengths.. Above all, these two collaborators wanted to do things differently and create their own path in a relatively conservative industry.

Their vision was to become catalysts for the sustainable success of their customers by being innovative, agile and efficient. They sought to understand the context, challenges and particularities of each project, so they could make the best choices and contribute to their customers’ success and take them to the top.

Their motto?

2002 – FOUNDING OF THE COMPANY

Alexandre Meunier founds Extract recherche marketing, a company specializing in database marketing. Extract sets itself apart by meticulously carrying out a number of mandates involving data processing, analysis and management. A year later, marketing research and strategy specialist Christian Dupuis joins Extract as partner.

2009 – CREATION OF DIALOG

To meet the needs of a major customer in the energy sector, Alexandre and Christian founded Dialog, a customer contact center with a human dimension. This new company stands out from the usual “phone factories” thanks to the cultural proximity of its staff, the stability of its teams and the personalization of its service. Organizations anxious to serve their customers quickly saw an interest in this distinctive outsourcing offering. The two companies now have 35 employees.

2013 – NEW OFFICES AND SERVICES

Dialog and Extract are moving! Expanded premises and new equipment enable the company to develop an outbound call service. The company quickly grows to over 50 employees.

2016 – CREATION OF THE FIRST DIGITAL SOLUTION

For several years, the Extract team has been developing expertise in conducting online surveys and using web technologies to address various marketing research challenges. In 2016, the company launched its first SaaS (Software as a service) product, a panel management platform, in line with trends in marketing research.

2017 – EXTRACT AND DIALOG BECOME DIALOGS

The new Dialogs identity brings together three areas of expertise: marketing research, digital solutions and customer contact. The result is a unique ecosystem in Quebec, combining three complementary areas of expertise. This is where the slogan “Understand to move forward” comes into play.

2018 – BRIO, ALTO AND DUO

To better communicate its digital solutions offering,
three new brands have been created:

Brio, a panel management platform

Alto, a customer experience measurement platform

Duo, an appointment management platform

2022 – LAUNCH OF PRONTO

The company offers an application management service as part of the recruitment process. Applications are processed rapidly, enabling customers to optimize their recruitment campaigns.

2023 – DIALOGS BECOMES FINO

Over the years, what has characterized the company is the way it has grown, exploring all possibilities. We’ve adapted our offering to meet the needs of our customers, with whom we’ve developed special relationships over the years. To bring our agility and ability to think outside the box to the forefront, Dialogs has become Fino!
