Fino’s policy on the protection of personal information

As a market research and customer contact firm, Fino Research and Client Relations (hereinafter referred to as Fino) regularly collects personal information from individuals it surveys or interacts with as part of customer relationship management assignments entrusted to it by its clients. Fino is committed to protecting the personal information it holds, as well as any other form of personal information it possesses.

Fino’s Personal Information Protection Policy ensures confidentiality, security, and respect for the rights of participants in all its data collection and processing activities. Fino adheres to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. In addition, since 2023, a SOC 2 Type II audit has been conducted annually by an external auditor to confirm that the organization’s controls are appropriately designed and have functioned effectively throughout the year. This process demonstrates that the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of its customers’ and employees’ data are a priority.
